The standard WhatsApp Business mobile app restricts connections to 4 web sessions and blocks automated bulk broadcast messaging. Gnext Chat uses the official Meta Cloud API, enabling unlimited simultaneous agent logins, meta-approved broadcasts without account blocks, and custom web integration webhooks.
Are Meta conversation fees included in the subscription pricing?
No. Your subscription covers platform dashboard features, AI capabilities, and integrations. WhatsApp template conversation charges are billed directly by Meta through your Meta Business Manager account.
Can we migrate our existing WhatsApp Business number to Gnext Chat?
Yes. You can activate your existing phone number on the API. Note that the number must be deleted from your mobile WhatsApp application first, as a number cannot run on both the standard mobile app and the Cloud API simultaneously.
